If for any reason we fail to fulfil our obligation to provide your tickets once you have placed a firm order with M1 Events Limited we promise to reimburse you in full plus a further 25% (for example if the total for the tickets ordered comes to £200.00 you will get your £200.00 plus another 25% which in this case is £50.00)

All tickets are sent Special Delivery, which gets the tickets to you the very next day. This offer excludes items lost or stolen in the post or missed delivery deadlines
